Kyle

My name is Kyle Morita, I was born in Huntington Beach and raised in Fountain Valley. I have known fellow bandmate Sam since kindergarten. I met David and Richard in high school and we have all been pals since. I didn't start learning how to play guitar until I started college and I'm still learning. My musical influences come from rock, alternative, punk, emo, and lots of 80s and oldies. Some of my favorite bands are Weezer, Ozma, The Cure, The Get Up Kids, Frank Sinatra, and Silversun Pickups, just to name a few.

Pretty much anything that sounds good and has meaning will do it for me. That's why I am so excited that we have started making music again.

My most recent project came with the assistance of my newly acquired girlfriend, Sara. Over the last winter break I got her into the show, The Office, and that inspired us to write our song "You Gotta Take A Chance On Something Sometime," which comes from a line from the show. So for now, enjoy our new music and keep your ears open for new stuff in the future!
